Product Details
Designed and made in a one-man workshop in Poland. CNC machined, hand finished.
The dial is cut from solid wood - your choice of bamboo or acacia lamella board. Bamboo is lighter in colour and very even in grain. Acacia reads as a mosaic of warm browns, every lamella a slightly different tone. No two clocks come out the same, and that is the point.
Hour markers are cut clean through the board, right out to the softly rounded corners. On a wall the openings read as sharp dark lines from across the room. No printed dial, no applied numerals. The design is entirely our own.
Sizes and shapes
- 28 × 28 cm, bamboo - square or round
- 28 × 28 cm, acacia - square or round
- 28 × 45 cm, bamboo - rectangle, oval or round (28 cm diameter), with room for a longer engraving
- 59 × 59 cm, acacia - square or round, large format for a living room
Movement
Silent sweep quartz, no ticking, no second hand. The movement is screwed to the body of the clock rather than held by a single nut through the face, so it cannot work loose. A rechargeable AA cell is included - no disposable batteries, nothing to buy.
Hands
Shipped separately in a protective sleeve. They push straight onto the shaft, no tools needed, fitting takes under a minute and instructions are included. This is how they arrive perfectly straight.
Finish
A hand-rubbed oil blend that feeds the grain and protects it. Choose natural or dark stained, available for both woods.
Options
Personalised laser engraving, up to two lines of 40 characters. Longer texts and graphics are quoted individually, please get in touch before ordering. Hands in silver, black or brass.
Made responsibly
The workshop runs on solar power from its own roof. Every clock ships with a rechargeable cell instead of a throwaway battery.
Natural material
Wood is a living material. Grain, tone and small natural marks vary from piece to piece, and between the photographs and the clock that arrives at your door. These are characteristics of real wood, not defects.

A clock with personalised engraving is made to your specification and cannot be returned. We send a preview of the text layout for your approval before any work begins.
