1. Payments
We accept online payment through Stripe and PayPal.
Because most Products are made to order, payment is collected in full before production begins.
We do not store Customers' payment card details. This data is processed solely by our payment providers, under
their own security policies.
2. Production Time
The standard estimated production time for a Product is 2-14 business days, counted from the date payment is
received or the date the Customer confirms personalisation details, whichever is later.
Because Products are made largely by hand by a single craftsperson, production time may be extended in justified
circumstances. We will notify the Customer by e-mail of any significant delay, together with a revised estimated
timeframe.
3. Shipping
We ship Products to Poland, the rest of the European Union, and worldwide.
Domestic shipments (within Poland) are sent via InPost courier.
International shipments are sent by post or courier, depending on the destination country and the parcel's weight
and dimensions.
Once a parcel is dispatched, the Customer receives a tracking number by e-mail.
4. Shipping Cost
Shipping cost depends on the destination region and the delivery method chosen, and ranges from EUR 5 to EUR
45.
The exact shipping cost for a given country is calculated automatically and shown when placing an Order, before
payment is made.
5. Customs & Import Duties (Shipments Outside the EU)
For Orders shipped outside the European Union, the Customer may be required to pay customs duties, import
VAT, or other charges levied under the law of the destination country.
These charges are not included in the Product price or the shipping cost and are outside our control. We
recommend checking the applicable rules in the destination country before placing an Order.
