The FalbaTech Switch Advent Calendar is a handmade gift for keyboard enthusiasts, typists and anyone curious about how different switches feel. It is shaped like a split Atreus keyboard. Behind each of the 24 numbered windows waits a different MX-style mechanical switch from a range of brands, and no two windows hold the same one.

Every calendar is unique

The switches are randomly picked from our workshop stock, so each calendar gets its own mix of linear, tactile and clicky switches. Open a window every morning, press the new switch with the included keycap and find out which feel you like most.

A switch tester that stays on your desk

After Christmas the switches stay mounted in the 3D-printed frame, and the calendar becomes a 24-switch tester. Compare them side by side whenever you plan your next keyboard build.

Handmade in Poland, low waste

Front and back are laser-cut from recycled cardboard. The switch frame and screws are 3D-printed in PETG in our workshop, and the whole calendar holds together without glue, nuts or tools.
