Replacement 3 mm neoprene insert
The neoprene layer under a wrist rest does two things: it keeps the rest in place on the desk and adds a little give under your wrist. After a few years of daily use the neoprene wears out, and then you replace the insert rather than the whole wooden rest.
The insert is self-adhesive. Peel off the old one, clean the underside, stick the new one on.
