I originally ordered beech, but they offered to switch to dark bamboo, letting me choose between waiting a week or shipping immediately. Their communication was excellent, and they even included dark bamboo wrist rests as a gift. The documentation and precompiled firmware were fine for testing, and flashing was hassle-free. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase—it felt like coming home after using a handwired Redox with Choc switches. The only downside is, the dark color stain from the wrist rest is transferring if you have sweaty palms.
