I contacted FalbaTech via email and got the repair service for a DIY-Keyboard (so not the free one for a FalbaTech build as in the description). The service was done fast, uncomplicated and for a fair price and my keyboard is working reliably again.

Keyboard repair service
I repair keyboards that came out of this workshop. Wired or wireless, on QMK or on ZMK, built last month or years ago. The labour is on me. You pay for parts and shipping only.
This is not a promotion and it is not a warranty clause. It is simply how I want this workshop to work. A keyboard that takes fifteen working days to build by hand should not become waste because one socket gave up.
How it works
- Write to me at contact@falba.tech and describe what is wrong. A photo or a short video helps.
- If the fix is something you can do yourself, I will tell you how, and that costs nothing.
- If not, you send the keyboard to me. I diagnose it and tell you what parts it needs and what they cost.
- After your go-ahead I repair it, test it on macOS, Windows and Linux, and send it back.
What I typically repair
- Worn or broken TRRS and USB sockets
- Damaged hot swap sockets and switch positions that stopped responding
- Controllers that no longer enumerate over USB
- Batteries in wireless builds
- Cracked or damaged wooden cases
- Firmware that will not flash or a keyboard stuck in bootloader
