Referral Program Terms and Conditions §1 General Provisions 1. The organizer of the Referral Program is FalbaTech Jan Jakub Falba, based in Cibórz 2, 13-230 Lidzbark, operating the online store at www.falbatech.click. 2. The Referral Program is valid from 01.01.2025 until further notice. 3. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for participation in the Referral Program and the method of awarding rewards. §2 Rules of Participation 1. Any customer who has placed at least one order in the organizer’s online store may participate in the Referral Program. 2. Each participant of the Referral Program can refer an unlimited number of people. 3. The referred person must provide the following information when placing an order: • The email address of the referrer. • The order number of the referrer. 4. The referred person’s order must have a minimum value of 200 EUR for the referrer to qualify for the reward. §3 Reward Rules 1. For each referred person’s order that meets the program conditions, the referrer will receive a gift card: • 5 EUR for orders with a value between 200 EUR and 399 EUR. • 10 EUR for orders with a value of 400 EUR or more. 2. The gift card will be sent via email within 7 business days after the referred order has been verified. 3. The gift card can only be used for purchases in the online store www.falbatech.click. 4. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. §4 Verification Conditions 1. The organizer reserves the right to verify the provided referrer’s information and the referred order details. 2. If the provided information is incorrect or the referred order does not meet the program conditions, the reward will not be granted. 3. In the case of suspected abuse, the organizer reserves the right to deny the reward. §5 Final Provisions 1. The organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the Referral Program or terminate it at any time without prior notice. 2. Any complaints related to the Referral Program must be submitted via the contact form available on the organizer’s website within 14 days from the cause of the complaint. 3.
